Cloth Diapers: Although we have many clients that use our Bottom Balm with cloth diapers and have good results, any barrier cream with oils and beeswax has the potential to build up on cloth diapers, so we do recommend a liner to be safe. If you do get build up stripping your diapers usually helps.
