FAQsShipping TOP Orders are usually sent out within three business days via Canada Post. To the USA orders are sent via Small Packet Surface. We strive to reuse all our shipping material that comes in. Your order may be shipped in a recycled box. If you do receive an order that has bubble wrap or green packing peanuts, we are just reusing the shipping material that we have received. When we run out we usually pack our orders with biodegradable white peanuts (they are made from cornstarch and break down in water) and paper. Returns TOP We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not happy with your online purchase you can send it back to us and we will send you a credit for our website for the cost of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Expiry TOP Our prducts come stamped with the month and year of expiry (example Oct13). Since we use natural products most of our line if good for one year from date of purchase. Privacy TOP We value our client's privacy and do not sell or give away your information to any third party.
